This week, we will be celebrating our 15th year anniversary at Art & Amble, and we’re excited to share more about the amazing art from local artists and incredible raffle prizes that we’ll be giving away! Get your tickets today to have a chance to snatch some of the wonderful offerings!

Art and Artists
Local Detroit artists generously donated artwork to be auctioned off at the event. Pieces include large canvases, wood cutouts, and framed pieces that are sure to complement any collection or wall space.

When asked to provide a bio and artist statement, YoungestWaffle said “🧝🏻♀️” and we respect the mystery!

WC Bevan @wc.bevan
Artist and musician living in Detroit, MI. Bevan is an active gardener and recycler who believes in the work that Green Living Science does to educate Detroiters about sustainability!
Eno Laget
Eno Laget works as an independent artist in Detroit, Michigan. For the past dozen years he has operated a mobile, limited-resource printmaking experience dedicated to the pochoir (stencil) process. His Two Blacks Studio teaches multi-color stencil making and printing as a community-based, socially conscious creative outreach. He is a resident artist at Recycle Here/Dreamtroit, a resource recovery facility and live/work complex in the NW Goldberg neighborhood of Detroit. He is a member of the artist/maker collective Make:Art:Work in Detroit.
On the topic of supporting our work, he shares “Green Living Science, the educational component of Recycle Here!, does great work teaching kids to be sustainability agents in their neighborhoods.”
Walter Bailey
Renowned Detroit artist, Walter Bailey, has been one of our supporters for years, previously serving as a Recycling Ambassador and Park Champion through the Our Backyard Detroit program! Read more about Walter’s work and legacy here and consider voting for him for the People’s Artist of the Year!
We will also have works from other local artists such as Jake Chidester, Fel3000ft, and Alisyn Malek!

Donations were collected from local businesses and supporters of our mission! Raffle tickets will be sold during the event for folks to submit to a wide variety of items and experiences.
